Due to the nature of many networks and security systems, we have found it far easier and safer to accept bookings via email. This helps avoid all of the issues many users face when booking via forms on websites.

How will I access the presentations?

All presentations will be made available via the TDWPlus Portal and streamed/recorded and made available for you to view. It is important to note that concurrent logins will result in your account being immediately frozen and you will have to request an account reset from the TDW team.

How will the event be delivered?

Depending on the development with COVID-19 depends on how the event will be broadcast. There is likely to be a mix of pre-recorded presentations for you to watch at your leisure, mixed with a number of live sessions for you to join.
